Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Products that are opened, used, or not in original condition are not eligible for return

• Personalized or custom herbal products are non-returnable

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

• Include photos of the issue when possible

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in denial of a refund or replacement.
