​How do I

place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our shop, select the items you love, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, click on the shopping bag icon and select Checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

For custom projects or specialized items, please fill out the request form on our Contact page with your specific details. We will review your request and send you a custom invoice via email. Once the invoice is paid, your order will be officially placed and added to our production schedule.

& Shipping

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as secure digital options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • What are your shipping rates?

    • We offer USPS flat shipping rate of $23.62.​

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    • Standard shipping typically takes [3-7] business days within the U.S. Once your order is processed (usually within 1-2 days), you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    • Currently, we do ship to the U.S. and Canada. If an International request is needed, please contact us at dmfarms.ar@gmail.com.  International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Can I track my package?

    • Absolutely! As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with a link to track your package in real-time.

    • Yes. Your security is our priority. Our site uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your data, and we never store your full credit card details on our servers.

Refunds

  • What is your return policy?

    • We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within [30] days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging. You have 1 hour to report any issues after delivery, or we will not refund or replace your order. If there is damage to the package you must let us know within 1 hour of delivery. 

  • How do I start a return?

    • To start a return, please email us at dmfarms.ar@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label if your request is approved."

  • Are returns free?

    • We offer free returns for store credit/exchanges. For refunds to your original payment method, a flat $23.65 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.

  • How long does it take to get my refund?

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within [5-7] business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the transaction to your account.
